Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) issued the following statement regarding the death
of Philadelphia-area attorney and philanthropist, John Elliott:
“John
Elliott’s legal acumen is well-known in Pennsylvania. He was a gifted attorney
who spent decades working tirelessly for those he represented. More importantly
though, John was a terrific father, grandfather, husband, friend, and
philanthropist. I will miss our conversations, whether it be about the latest
political news or our shared Irish heritage. I extend my deepest condolences to
John’s wife Eileen and their entire family.”
