Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), at a ceremony last week at the U.S. Capitol, officiated and administered the oath to Bradley D. Dunham as he earned the rank of Captain in the United States Navy.
A native of Bethlehem, Pa. and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Captain Dunham has accumulated over 5,000 hours of flight time as a naval aviator and has flown numerous combat sorties in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
