Sen. Toomey Celebrates Cheyney University's 175th Anniversary

Sen. Toomey participated in Cheyney University's 175th anniversary Founder's Day Convocation Feb. 24. After speaking about the life-changing value of higher education, Sen. Toomey posed for a photo with Cheyney University President Michelle Howard-Vital and Imani Johnson, a Cheyney graduate who works in Sen. Toomey's Philadelphia office.
