Information Collected and Stored Automatically

The U.S. Senate collects aggregate data about visits to all Senate web sites, such as statistics that show which parts of each web site were visited the most. This data includes information about the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit, the domain used to access a Senate website, and the address of the website, if any, that linked you to the Senate website.

Sen. Toomey's website collects personal information from you only when you choose to provide that information. You may contact Sen. Toomey by filling out an online web form, which will ask for your name, mailing address, email address, subject and other voluntary information. Providing this information will allow the senator and his staff to address your request or concerns.

If you are requesting help with casework or a federal agency, Sen. Toomey's office may need to share information you have provided with the federal agency with which you have requested assistance. Outside of casework performed at your request, Sen. Toomey and his staff will not share personal information you provide us with any outside agency, organization or person.
